Why did you choose the Southern Poverty Law Center as the recipient of a 25¢ donation for every doll you sell?
The Southern Poverty Law Center has been achieving great inroads in combating hate groups in America via the American legal system since 1971. If you are not familiar with them you will be impressed by their dogged persistence as they wage their fight for the civil rights of all people in the United States. This fight for civil rights still goes on today, but the election of Barack Obama as the 44th president of the United States has made it feel like real progress has been made.
As the cost of production declines, our donation to the Southern Poverty Law Center will increase.
